February 1: Students receive acceptance notification via email and US Post.
Program matching sessions begin for accepted students.
February 21: Mandatory parent meeting for accepted students
March: Program selection and preparation continues
May 1: Parent tuition contribution is due to secure place in the program.
June 6: Mandatory pre-departure meeting for parents and students
July-August: Attend programs
August: Mandatory Wrap Up meeting for students
